Before Coraline walks into she gulps and then pulls back the dirty red curtain . Then as she enters her mother suddenly turns around and tells her in a high pitched voice supper is ready dear. Then as she walks down the corridor she looks back to see if anything is there it was dark and there was nothing but then she saw her dad in his study but then at once he turned around Coraline felt a bit spooked by this because both of his arms were being controlled by a machine that could play the piano for you without you even need to practice. Then he started to sing her a song and you could make out a faint smile on her face as he sang to her in his study. But once he had stopped playing for her she told him that supper was ready and then he said that he was starving after a day at work and that he needed something to eat or he would starve to death.
