Trip to the National gallery

On Tuesday 20th November we went to the national gallery in London to have a look a pictures.we went to the national gallery beceause in art we are learning about the picture men of the docks which was painted by George Bellows on August the 12t 1892.we saw a lot of awesome pictures in the gallery.

In my opinion the most interesting picture is the fighting temeraire by tunner.Ithink this beceause the image looks like a watery picture and it looks like it has lots of detail and bright colours also the way they have painted it looks very interesting. I also like the features and figures they have used.

The painting men of the docks is different to the picture and real life painting beceause in the picture it is very small and in real life it looks bigger. It is exactly the same as in the small picture but in real life the only difference is the size of the picture.

My favourite part of the trip was when we reached there and strarted to have a look at all the different and beautiful pictures and we got a chance to explore the gallery all around where the pictures.my favourite part was when we were listening about all of the  pictures and finding the detail such as the name the date of when it was painted and about what colours and the resources. Also beceause it was really fun learning all about them.I also liked the garden when we entered beceause it was really bright and there was water underneath the really big statue on a wall
