On Friday we celebrated Chinese Day by doing different activities but first we were put into groups I was orange with Sorin. First we went to Year 5 middle room and in there we had to made a Chinese dragon puppet 🐉 and got to colour it in.
Next I went to Mrs Wilcock’s class to play a game called Easy Chinesey where you memorise the cards with Chinese writing in one side and how to remember what it means and it’s answer. Next Sorin held up a card 💳 with the Chinese writing facing me and we made a tally chart to remember the scores first round I won 3-0 and second round I won again improving my score 5-2.
After break I went to Mrs Timmis and we made bright red Chinese lantern with a rolled up bright yellow piece of paper 📝 with a dragon 🐉 picture inside.
Next we went down to Mrs Delaney’s class and tried some tea ☕️. I had green tea ☕️ first
