China has lots of extraordinary

colours like blue yellow and green

but the most lucky is red because it was used to scare the evil  dragon Ninan she would go and she stole villagers food and destroy there houses and terror the villagers they didn’t know what to do then one day an old man came and told Ninan’s weakness it was the colour red and fire crackers so when Ninan came the villagers panted their house red and they used fire cracker and fire works and never came 

So that’s why you hear fire crackers at Chinese new year.
