1.get a thick paper.(in any colour you want).

2.fold the paper in half.

3.get a ruler and place it on the bottom of the paper.

4.see where number 3 is and draw a little line on top of it.

5.see where 4 is on the ruler and draw a little line on top of it.

6.see where 5 is on the ruler and draw a little line on top of that.

7.cut a strip (no higher than the line)on one side then on the other side to each one.

8.get another paper and cut whatever you want.

9.stick the thing you cut out near the pointy bit.(right under it)
