A dangerous beast We have been looking at a picture of a dragon in English this week.Children can not be left alone with a pet dragon because unsafe for them and the people in the castle.They might be very silly with the dragon and it might get very mad at them for being very annoying. They might hurt themselves while with the dragon like very many different injures like minor cuts and burns. I am discussing this issue because I believe that no child should ever be trusted to have a dragon or even own one. The king thought gifting this monster to the children would be so they could protect themselves for any intruders or people who wanted to take over the kingdom .The dragon might do the opposite to that and hurt the children because he does not know how they are because he has just met them. My first reason why I am disagreeing in giving a child a dragon is because the king knew the dragon was dangerous so he would not like his children by his idea to give them a dragon . I know this because in the text it says he knew that the dragon was dangerous.They are to young so they would not know what to do with the dragon in the first place when the king gave it to them.Dragons are very hard things to handle for an adult imagine a child having to handle it. My second reason why the children should not have dragon because they could tell it to attack the wrong people.I could overpower them and they could think they could do anything with it and not just to protect them. They could be overpowered and make the wrong decision and not just to protect from intruders and people trying to takeover the kingdom and take the throne away from the the children because they are only young.Although on the other hand someone would say it would be good for them to have a dragon because it would protect them and they would not make the wrong decisions not to annoy the dragon.It is alright for them to have a dangerous beast if it can protect them and help . But it might also have a bad influence on the them. The summary of the argument is it alright for a child to own a dragon do you think would be a problem or maybe it could hurt them in minor cuts or burns on their skin .To the facts that I have said why they should not have a dragon and if they could have a dangerous pet like a dragon . This is not just a nice pet like in your daily lives.
