Eating healthy

Eating healthy is good because it gets u ready for the day and, your body feels awake so u can be healthy and eat healthy like fruit and vegetables. If u don’t have breakfast your body will not be ready for learning. Make sure to have a good breakfast but not too big and not too small so your belly does not hurt and you’re not hungry later if you’re in a class or an after school group. If you go to a after school group, make sure to bring a drink so you can have a drink when you are there. Fruit can make you big and strong and it is better for your body.

 

Fresh Air

How to get better air when outside: do some sports like swimming or rugby because when you’re in side you don’t get the good air. But if u do a sport outside of school you can learn more things. It will also get you stronger. Make sure to bring a drink so u can have a drink there if you’re out of breath and you need a cup of water and if u don’t try you want get what you want in life and you want be good at anything. And it is good to go to an after school group so you can get healthier so your body can get bigger and you get taller if you run your legs well hurt but at least you tried running if you’re not good because if u start something that you are not good at it might be hard but if you completely your parents and teacher well be very happy with you because u tried something that you wanted to do but you’re not good at it and after all of your dreams you. Finally, completely and you’re so happy with yourself and make sure to not stay inside all day because you well be in your room to much you want get any new fresh air so go outside and play like a sport with your friend like swimming are football stuff like that so you can have fun and play wraith your friends in the day where it is very.

Sleep maters

Sleep matters because when you use your brain in the it uses 25% of your head and if you get 6 or 7 hours of sleep u well be ready for the next day so in a lesson you are not tried. And you can do your work poplar and make sure to have a good breakfast so your also not hungry in a lesson. If you get 6 or 7 hours that is really good because then u brain well rest from yesterday and your brain well think about today and not yesterday and did you know that u brain use 25 % of your brain if you attempt to use it. It mattes so because if you stay up all night on your game are something your eyes well hurt for tomorrow because you did not get any sleep and you might have a bigger test tomorrow that you forget about and you did not do any of your and make sure to not do an all night before a test because it well hurt your eyes and you well be sleeping in class and your teacher well say why are you sleeping because you did an all-night and it can also damage your eyes a lot so make sure to not do it.

Reassuring words

Words to use in a Sats paper or if your writing something like an or use or because, words like that to make your work very good so people can see how much work you have been putting in your work and the teachers well be so happy because you have tried your best and you got it great and trust keep doing as hard as you can even if you get it wrong at least you tried your best but next time I will try even more harder. And if people are not having a good day talk to them and say are u ok and hi and hold the door open for them and that might make them happy because his friend and you make him laugh and you are the for him when people are being mean to him say that is not very nice. Make sure you have tried you best in your work are your teacher we make you to rest again because it is not good anther. For you teacher make sure to not be mean to anyone are to be mean to anyone because it is not fair for the people that are getting bull eyed don’t talk to your friends make sure to do your work fries and talk to your friends at lunch and break because if you talk to urn friend you we’ll be staying in and won’t be able to talk to ur friend and you want and not talk to them at lunch and break but if u don’t talk you well be able to talk to your friend at break and lunch

And if someone falls offer at lunch time help them up take them to the teacher are the so a teacher can help them then you can go back out side to play with your other friend and do not talk to your friend in your Sats because you well not pass if you talk in your Sats.
