Once upon a time,4 nights before Christmas a friendly scruffy monster hid under a boys bed wanting to be friends. At 1am the boy heard a strange noise coming from under his bed, he peeked under and saw a huge furry monster…
Suddenly, the furry monster woke up and gave the boy a cute, cheeky grin, the boy was scared and hid under his duvet, the monster was friendly and started tickling him. The monster and the boy became friends, they gave each other piggybacks, stayed up late and played car racing.
On Monday, the boy was very tired and while he was drawing with his sister he fell asleep because he stayed up too late with the monster. On Tuesday, the boy had a football match, he was too tired and fell asleep on the goal post so the other team scored. On Wednesday the boy was playing with the friendly monster and played a game but as soon as the monster looked over the boy was asleep and have took him to bed. On Thursday the little boy had a haircut, as soon as the hair cutter started to cut his hair he fell asleep and the haircutter was wondering what he was doing? On the night before Christmas, he fell straight asleep and he woke up in the morning where he found a bunch of presents. There was a mind thinking present which was just wrapped up in paper, he wondered what it was; he opened it and if was a night light to help him get to sleep but the monster had to get back home as light affected him. The boy had one more last look at the monster to say goodbye and as soon as he turned his night light on the monster disappeared, it was the boys old friend gone …
